Pastor Gene Bostwick started at Peace Lutheran as a Deacon in 2021 and soon started his vicarage from Concordia Seminary St. Louis. He was ordained into the Holy Ministry and installed as the primary pastor on January 26, 2025. He is joined by his wife Cathy and daughter Elizabeth. It is his sincere JOY to preach the gospel of Christ in Word and Sacrament ministry at Peace Lutheran and to be involved in many ways in the fellowship of the saints. “Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1-2)
